Creating Your First Ticket
Welcome! This guide will help you create your first support ticket.
Step 1: Login to Your Account
Navigate to the login page and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Click New Ticket
Once logged in, click the "New Ticket" button in the sidebar.
Step 3: Fill in the Details
Provide a clear title and detailed description of your issue.
Step 4: Submit
Click submit and you will receive a confirmation email.
